I plan every shoot with you before the day. I cover the shot list, schedule, and logistics so nothing gets figured out on the morning of.
Do you come to our office?
Yes. On-location is how I work. I bring the full lighting and backdrop setup to your office or another location across Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. You provide a room with a little space, and I handle the rest. When a project genuinely calls for it, I can also arrange a rented commercial space.
How long does a team headshot day take?
Most team days wrap in under four hours, depending on headcount. I send a running order in advance so people come down in small groups and your day is not disrupted.
How fast do we get the images?
Retouched, organized galleries arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Files are named by person so your team can drop them straight into the website, LinkedIn, and proposals.
Can new hires be matched later?
Yes. I keep the lighting and background setup consistent so anyone photographed later blends into the same gallery. Your team page stays cohesive as people join.
What does it cost?
Corporate headshots are $650 setup, which includes your first person, then $185 for each additional person. A team of 10 is $650 + 9 x $185 = $2,315. A team of 40 is $650 + 39 x $185 = $7,865. Send your team size and location through the form and I will send exact pricing within two business days.
Do you offer group photos for our team?
Yes. In addition to individual headshots, group photos are available at $300 per image.
