Event Coverage That Proves Something Real Happened.

[ Shot list confirmed in advance ] [ Two-year usage license included ] [ Delivered organized by session type ]

The Problem

Last year the photos came back dark, blurry, and missed the key moments.

Event coverage ends up a grab bag. The photographer bounces from room to room with no plan, lighting changes by session, and half the images are out of focus or cut off too soon. The sponsor moments are either not there or buried in hundreds of other shots. The recap email goes out with nothing usable, or you have to hire someone to sort through thousands of files.

For an association, a conference team, or a corporate event, great coverage builds the story your attendees will share on LinkedIn and in their next board meeting. Bad coverage means nobody remembers your event visually.

How I Solve It

Shot list confirmed before I arrive, coverage mapped across the whole day.

I contact you before the event to nail down what matters. Keynote speakers, breakout sessions, sponsor logos, audience reactions, networking time, and the closing moment, all documented in order. I carry backup gear so focus and exposure stay tight even when lighting shifts between rooms.

You get the final images organized by session type so your team can drop keynote photos into the recap email, sponsor moments into the thank-you note, and the best audience shots into social media within hours of the event ending.

What I Cover

Conferences, galas, keynote events, fundraisers, grand openings, product launches, networking events, holiday parties, trade shows, government events, and headshot booths at live events.

For Nonprofits and Associations

I build the shot list backward, starting with where the images need to land and working from there. Donor reports, grant documentation, press kits, and social media recaps all pull from the same shoot.

Every Booking Includes

A complimentary highlight gallery of 15 curated finished images. Standard delivery runs 30 to 60 finished images per hour of coverage, depending on the event type and activity level. Final image count is confirmed during the planning call.

You might be thinking
  • "Will you actually get the moments that matter?"That is what the pre-event call is for. Tell me the speakers you cannot miss, the sponsor logos that need to be in frame, and the audience energy you want documented. I build the shot list around those moments so nothing gets left to chance.
  • "We need this turned around fast."I can deliver a first pass of selects within hours for an afternoon or early-evening event. The Priority Highlight Gallery gets 100 curated images to you the next day or the same afternoon, and rush delivery is available at a flat $750. See the proof below.
  • "Will we actually find what we need afterward?"Every image is organized into folders by session type, so keynote photos, sponsor moments, and audience shots are never buried in one giant dump of files.
How does the planning process work?

I plan every shoot with you before the day. I cover the shot list, schedule, and arrival logistics so nothing gets figured out on the morning of.

Do you shoot on location?

Yes. On-location is how I work. I come to your venue across Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland, bringing backup lighting and gear so focus and exposure stay tight when you move between different spaces. I arrive early to scout and plan for lighting changes between sessions, breakouts, and the reception.

How do you handle different lighting setups?

I carry backup gear and shoot in mixed lighting, so images stay consistent and usable even when you move from a bright ballroom to a dimly lit breakout room to an outdoor reception. I confirm the venue layout and lighting conditions in the pre-event call so I come prepared.

What if you need same-day turnaround?

I can deliver a first pass of selects within hours if the event is in the afternoon or early evening. The full organized gallery arrives in 7 to 10 business days. If you need images the next day or the same afternoon, depending on how the event is scheduled, the Priority Highlight Gallery is built for that. Tell me if you need a same-day recap and I will work that into the plan.

Can you capture specific moments I'm worried about?

Absolutely. That is what the pre-event call is for. Tell me the moments that matter most, the speakers you cannot miss, the sponsor logos that need to be in frame, and the audience energy you want documented. I build the shot list around those moments so nothing gets left to chance.

What does event coverage cost?

Event Coverage is $450 first hour, $350 each additional hour. Two-hour minimum. Example: Four hours is $450 + 3 x $350 = $1,500. Tell me your event details and I will send exact pricing within two business days.
