Booking and logistics
Where are you based, and where do you shoot?
Based in Sterling, Virginia. I mainly serve Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland. Traveling farther is sometimes possible, ask me.
Do you shoot in a studio or on location?
Primarily on location, at your office, gym, venue, or wherever the images need to happen. I bring a full mobile setup. Studio work is available when a project calls for it.
How far in advance should I book?
Availability shifts with the season, reach out early.
Can you match an existing headshot style?
Yes. Bring brand guidelines, background colors, lighting references, or existing headshots to the planning call and I will match the look.
Can you handle product launches and campaign shoots?
Yes. Commercial production includes a pre-shoot shot list, a production assistant, tethered shooting so you review images in real time, and deliverables agreed before booking.
What you receive
Will I receive every photo from the shoot?
No. You receive the final edited images in your package. You choose your favorites from an online gallery, I retouch those, and I deliver them. Additional images are available to purchase.
How many images will I receive?
It depends on the service. Corporate headshots include one retouched image per person. Solo packages include 3 to 5 images. Fitness sessions include hero and natural images. Commercial projects have defined deliverables agreed beforehand.
Do you deliver raw files?
No. I do not provide raw files.
What usage rights do I get?
An extended license covering two years of worldwide usage across all standard marketing channels, including web, social, paid ads, email, print, and broadcast. AI training requires a separate agreement. Copyright buyout options are available.
Wardrobe and style
What should people wear?
Solid colors and clean lines. Nothing with a loud pattern or a logo that will date quickly. Bring 2 to 3 options for variety.
Is hair and makeup included?
It is not in the base rate. I coordinate trusted third-party artists starting at $450, confirmed at booking.
Pricing, payment and policies
How does payment work?
A 50% non-refundable retainer holds your date. The balance is due Net 15 from the date you confirm your final selections. Net 30 or Net 60 terms are available by discussion. I prefer ACH, and I accept cards with a 3% fee.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
